Josh and the service were great. I had bought a product we thought was going to work (wiring harness) for my f150. Since ford was literally out of it for months. It didn't end up working they had given me a 30 day return guarantee minus shipping of course. I received my money back and they were always so helpful every time I called. I'm in AZ. Placed a order for taillights, got shipped out the next business day. I received my package the next day, great packing job, nice and clean taillights. Minor wiring connection not together, which we simply fixed and one of the reverse light doesn't work. We will definitely shop here again.

Their customer service is excellent. I purchased a fiberglass tonneau cover and it was delivered free to a local shipping terminal. It was packed very well with no damage upon arrival. Keys weren't included with the cover itself however after making a phone call, they shipped them to me at no extra cost. Will purchase from them again if I need any automotive product.
