Shipping policy
Rocki Top Auto offers FREE standard shipping on most items to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. We work hard to get your parts to you quickly and at no extra cost whenever possible.
Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.
Delivery time
Most orders within the contiguous US arrive within 5 business days. Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery in some areas. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed unless the item falls under a Guaranteed Delivery program.
Freight shipping
Larger items that ship by freight qualify for free shipping to commercial addresses only. If you're shipping a freight item to a residential address, additional fees may apply. We'll reach out to confirm any extra charges before your order ships.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO, FPO, and PO Boxes
We can often arrange shipping to these locations, but rates vary. Please contact us at sales@rockitopauto.com before placing your order so we can quote shipping and arrange the best option for you.
International shipping
International orders are fulfilled through eBay's Global Shipping Program. Customs fees, import duties, and any additional taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Local pickup
You're welcome to pick up your order at our facility in Glen Flora, WI. Please contact us at sales@rockitopauto.com before your purchase so we can arrange a pickup time.
Damaged items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at sales@rockitopauto.com with photos of the damage and your order number, and we'll make it right.
Title and risk of loss
Once we hand your order off to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. We are not liable for shipping or delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events outside our control.
