Shipping Associate

Position Overview
The Full-Time Shipping Associate at Rocki Top Auto is responsible for order fulfillment of salvaged auto parts. You’ll be packing parts for shipping and freight. If you’re detail-oriented and efficient, we’d love to meet you.

Location: Rocki Top Auto – Glen Flora, WI
Employment Type: Full-Time
Department: Inventory
Schedule: 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. • Monday-Friday
Wage: $19-24/hr.

Key Responsibilities
• Pick parts from warehouse inventory
• Review orders for accuracy (customer info, shipping method), condition, and correct side (left/right, front/back)
• Work with the sales team if there are problems with an order
• Choose the right way to ship based on size and weight – ground or freight
• Pack/pallet parts correctly and securely to protect parts during transport
• Generate shipping labels
• Communicate with customer regarding shipping status/confirmation number
• Keep an eye on shipments and help fix issues if something gets delayed
• Handle returns and QC parts coming back in
• Help sort out wrong parts, damaged shipments, or customer issues
• Analyze and optimize shipping processes and costs to increase efficiency and reduce expenses
• Stage orders for delivery drivers
• Maintaining high attention to detail and accuracy
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Supporting a safe work environment
• Attending training as needed
• Assisting with other duties as assigned

Qualifications
• Shipping/receiving or warehouse experience preferred
• Basic computer literacy and typing skills required
• Comfortable with various phone and computer applications
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Forklift experience preferred
• Detail oriented and accurate
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Positive attitude and team-player mindset
• Dependable with excellent attendance
• Valid driver’s license preferred
